God will bless you for being the doctor that you are. All things will pass.
Keep up the good work!

My fellow posters. Do not fear free speech, for if you fear free speech then you have already lost the fight. I too would like to thank Dr. Tod for assisting me with my degenerative disk condition. Dr. Tod, thank you my friend. You are sent from God to help those that the government wants to crush. You are our ledge from which we all stand and shout, "leave our medicine alone...for it is from God".
Thank you.

I just want to thank you so much for having
compassion. I now can at least strive to better myself and family with use.
You have given me the abilty to deal with my pain, and which, allows me to not go on medical of state supply meds. which have been taking its toll on my liver.
Thank You DR. for being there.

God is LOVE and Cannabis is a tool of compassion for those we are in God's charge to care for.

I wish I could sign this withour fear, and it probably won't matter that I faked it since my ISP surely can be traced. My husband and I recently decided to use "medicine" instead of addictive pills for our chronic pain. My husband has found tremendous relief from his back spasms (partitally ruptured disc) and I have found a reason to take less Ambien. How ever the paranoia is making other areas of life less bearable.
My husband lost a chance for work because of a drug test. He could be a total alchollic and child molester and get a job, but not a pot smoker.
We are not children, we know that the issue is political, and it is so far from just looking for a "high". My primary care physician refuses to listen or learn, and will not fill out the form. I guess there are a few docs still around that will do the paperwork
but without insurance, and the distance involved to travel to see them is limiting we are still running illegal.

Hello there sir, I happened upon your homepage while looking for information on my old Army Reserve unit (348th General Hospital). I was only a lowly specialist in 1986 but I love to follow the history of the units in which I served.
Cheers....

My husband was diagnosed with a primary brain cancer. We are hoping to get a NV Dept. of Ag. card to grow cannabis.
My husband's tumor is in the temporal lobe, so his seizures sometimes manifest as attacks of rage or delusional thinking. Depakote helps with the rage and violence, but many aspects of his seizure condition are only moderated by cannabis. It reduces the tremors from his Dilantin, stabilizes his mood swings, and helps with the violent attacks of vomiting without warning that can make his medication levels unstable.
Still, our "justice" system is more concerned with whether my terminal husband might feel a little euphoria than the beneficial evidence I face everyday. I hope our Dr. will sign the papers. Otherwise, we are criminalized; forced to put money into a black market, for something we could grow for free.
Intimidation of Doctors on the federal level shows the transient nature of "state's rights" that Mr. Ashcroft otherwise embraces.

Great to see someone who see's our governments Hypocrisy, and is willing to stand up for the rights of the patient. I salute you sir.

Thanks again, Dr. Mikuriya. For those who might read this, Dr. Mikuriya did the best and most thorough examination of all the doctors I've seen since my car accident. And every one of them confirmed his diagnosis and course of recommended treatment. Roar like a lion at these politically motivated attacks. Why is our medicine in the paws of these politicians? Glenn
